How do I create a race?
On the race list, tap +. Enter the race name, choose the location and the track type (turn on the indoor option for an indoor race), then confirm.
How do I add a race day, categories and heats?
Open a race and add a race day with its date. In the race day, tap + at the top right to add a category (2WD, 4WD…). Open the category to add your heats: ID (for example 2Q1), type, start time and duration. To create many heats at once, turn on multiple creation and choose how many and the interval between them.
How do I get reminders?
Open a category, add a notification and choose how many minutes before each heat (for example 15 or 5), with an optional message. Reminders are scheduled automatically for every heat of the category, even when the app is closed. Allow notifications when iOS asks.
I do not receive any reminder.
Check that notifications are allowed for UltiMate RC in Settings > Notifications, and that a reminder is set in the category of the heat. Also check that a Focus mode is not blocking them.
The schedule is running late: what should I do?
Open the race day and tap the clock icon. Enter the number of minutes to shift the remaining heats, then apply. Reminders, widgets and the Live Activity follow the new times.
How do I share my schedule or add it to my calendar?
Open the race day and tap the ••• menu. You can send the schedule as text (Messages, Mail…) or as a calendar file with one event per heat.
How do I follow my next heat on the Lock Screen?
In the ••• menu of a race day, start following your next heat. A countdown appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. It refreshes when you open the app, and iOS ends it after about 8 hours.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose UltiMate. The widget shows your next heat with its category and a countdown. Lock Screen widgets are available too.
Where does the weather come from?
Outdoor races with a location show a forecast for each heat and a weather map on the race day. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.
My races do not appear on my other devices.
Your races are saved in your iCloud account and appear on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account. The cloud icon at the top of the list shows the sync status. The app also works without iCloud.
How do I delete a race or a heat?
Swipe left on the item to delete: race, race day, category, heat or reminder. The sample race is deleted the same way.
